Privacy Policy.

The Steady Body System (“we,” “us”) is a six-week behavioral coaching program for men, run by Shlomo David. This policy covers this website and the program itself.

• Inquiry form: your name, email address, and, if you choose, your WhatsApp number and a short message. We also note which page you were on when you sent it.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp or email.
• If you enroll: your contact details, a record of your payment, and anything you choose to share about your eating, health, or goals during the program.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

• To answer your inquiry and talk through whether the program is a fit.
• To run the program: adding you to your cohort group, sending daily messages, and scheduling Zoom calls.
• To confirm payments and process refunds.
• To improve the program, using general patterns rather than anything that identifies you.
• To meet legal, tax, or record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Anything you share about your eating, health, or medical history is voluntary. We use it only to coach you, and we do not share it outside the program. Please do not send us medical records or test results.

When you join a cohort, your name, WhatsApp number, and profile photo are visible to the other members of your private group, and they will see anything you post there. Share only what you are comfortable sharing with the group. Every participant agrees to keep other members’ information confidential (see our Terms of Service).

Zoom calls are recorded and shared only with members of your cohort, so anyone who misses a call can catch up. You are welcome to keep your camera off.

We share information only with the services we use to run the website and the program, and only as much as they need:

• Vercel: website hosting.
• n8n: receives inquiry-form submissions and passes them to our inbox and our inquiry record.
• Google (Gmail and Google Sheets): our email, and the record we keep of inquiries.
• WhatsApp (Meta): cohort groups and direct messages.
• Zoom: live calls and recordings.
• Zelle and Venmo: payments. We receive a payment confirmation; we never see or store your bank or card details.

Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, payment records). If you inquire but do not enroll, we will delete your details whenever you ask.

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can stop receiving messages from us and leave a cohort group whenever you like. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights; we honor these requests for everyone. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using reputable providers and limiting who can access it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The program is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We work from Israel and the United States, and the services above may store data in other countries. By using the site or joining the program, you understand that your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
